E-Claims were not deleted after transmission

Make sure you have created a new claim....this clears out the old batch. If the submitted claims are in the transmit box:
Search for and delete the appletfile.props. (appletfile.*.)
Submit the batch again, saying yes to the Applet file "Always Trust" and also checkmark the boxes "YES" that come up when submitting the batch. The last box is called Appletfile Download, and check where it says "Don't ask for confirmation next time" , and click yes or save all--this is the good.dat file.
