Account Balance not matching summary balance -Dentisoft Cloud Pro

The account balance is mismatched from the running balance on the ledger, and the total balance at the bottom of the account ledger.  Engineering will have to  manually adjust it on Dentisoft Office Cloud.  Please contact support and let them know the account name and number, and what the balance should be.
