Account Statement prints up blank

If a statement has not been generated in the last 90 days on an account, the statement will appear blank. User can print and send an account or patient ledger.
If the guarnator on the account is designated as the /2 (or there is no /1) on the account, the patient(s) will have to moved to a new account so there is a record of the /1. Statement can then be printed.
