Creating new Fee Schedule for PPO

Go to fees/carriers/providers>select procudres/fees tab>view procudeures by fee schedule>create new fee schedule>new box: leave the top field at "office"> select the fee schedule you want to copy FROM in the fee/schedule/group> then type in the name of the fee schedule in the "copy/create as" field>click on the copy/create button and it will tell you if it was successful or not. ** It is easier to copy from a fee schedule that has "0.00" fees if one is available.
