Duplicate Patient/Guarantor Record

If entering a new account and the name of the patient is active in the system already, it will ask you if you want to continue adding the patient. If the guarantor is a duplicate, the system will ask if you want to continue adding the new account. If you want to de-activate the account, go to> Guarantor tab>uncheck "Active" and save. Make sure the account has a $0.00 balance.
