Insurance and patient % not calculating correctly on visits

Make sure that the deductible and benefits for the patients are not used already. To check/change the benefits used in this calendar year, please go to summary screen and update Prim Ins or for Tx Plan deductibles update Tx Plan columns located at the bottom of the summary tab...these figures can be deleted and changed to reflect what the patient has used for this year only.
The benefits can be reset for all accounts at the beginning of the year under Billing Statements> Reset EOY (End of Year)
