The security applet download may not have been approved when first accessing this page. You must have Java enabled with your internet browser. To enable this go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Enable Java. This requires a restart of your computer for the changes to take effect. Then log back into the ClaimConnect Portal and access the Batch Files page again. Make sure to approve any security notifications or applet file downloads.
***If the machine does not have Java, (view>java console at the bottom) go to www.java.com and download the free install. Reboot the machine and say "Yes" to the applet from Frontstep solutions when uploading the batch file.
